The whole book, in twenty-one mornings.
Ten minutes each. Pen and paper, before the world comes in. One short letter from me every morning for twenty-one days, and then I stop.

Not a course. A companion.
People kept asking me where to begin, so I put the whole book into twenty-one mornings. It is the path at the back of Freedom Within, one day at a time, with me writing to you on the morning you have to do it.
That is the only difference between reading a thing and doing it. Somebody turning up on the morning.
You do not have to do them well. You only have to do them. The women who get something out of this are not the ones with the neatest notebooks, they are the ones who kept going on the mornings it felt pointless.
What arrives, and when
Start tomorrow morning.
Put your email in and the first one arrives in the morning. There is a short note from me tonight so you know it is working.
The things women ask me
No. The twenty-one days stand on their own. They come from Part Three of Freedom Within, so the book gives you the why behind each morning, but you can do all twenty-one without it.
